2. Go to FreshKon ® Club, click on 'Sign Up' button, and fill up all the required details.

3. If you have the Member Referral Code, please key in the code and click submit.

Please log into your online account under My Account > Account Details to update your profile.

Alternative, you may send an enquiry or email our Customer Service to update your personal details.

Log into your FreshKon® Club account, go to My Account > Account Details and click on Change Password to reset. An email will be sent to you for password resetting and verification.

Go to Login > Click Forgot password > Enter your registered email address and click submit. An email will be sent to you for password resetting and verification.

You can earn points via activities below:

  • Purchase FreshKon products
    • For Bronze member: every RM 1 spent = 1 point
    • For Silver member: every RM 1 spent = 1.5 points
    • For Gold member: every RM 1 spent = 2 points 
  • Welcome Gift = 50 points (one-time only) + e-Voucher upon new sign up
  • Member Referral Program = 50 points for every successful referral
  • Member Birthday Month = Earn 2x points for any purchase during birthday month

You can share your unique referral code or link to invite friends to sign up on FreshKon® Club.

Every friend you invite will receive Welcome Gifts upon successful sign up, and you will also receive 50 bonus points for each successful referral.

To view your FreshKon® Club Rewards points balance online, simply log into your account. From the dashboard, you will be able to view your available points balance.

Points earned are valid for 1 year from the date that the points are issued. All accumulated membership points will be forfeited if your membership account is inactive for 12 months.

For example, points received on 1 Jan 2020 will expire on 1 Jan 2021. Any unused points will automatically expire after the 1 year limit.

              

To become a Silver Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of minimum RM150 within 12 months of signing up for FreshKon® Club. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.

To become a Gold Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of minimum RM500 within 12 months of getting qualified for Gold Member Status. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.

Redeeming your FreshKon® Club points will not affect your membership tier progress. You will continue to enjoy your tier benefits as long as you meet the yearly minimum total spend required for the tier.

The FreshKon® Club Rewards points collected can be used to redeem free gifts, products, unlock activity and many more.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

To redeem rewards, there are 3 simple steps:
1. Log in to your FreshKon® Club Account, and add your choice of rewards to the shopping bag by clicking 'Add to Cart'.
2. Click on 'Shopping Bag'.
3. When you are ready to place your order, click on 'Proceed' to complete your purchase at checkout.


Are there Terms and Conditions for the rewards I redeem?
Rewards catalogue may vary every month and will be available while stocks last. The rewards are subject to change, alter, or terminate by FreshKon® Malaysia at its sole discretion at any time.

Unfortunately, all items redeemed are not exchangeable nor refundable for points, cash, another reward, gift cards, or gift certificates. Please do double check on the item(s) selected before checking out.
